How it works
Four steps, and you know the price before the first one costs you anything.
Tell us the document
Send the form above, call, text or WhatsApp. Tell us which document you want and any deadline.
Get a written flat-fee quote
We confirm the price, list any government fees, and send a simple service agreement to sign.
We prepare it, you review it
You give us the information, we prepare the document, and you check every detail before signing. A notary can be arranged at the same time.
File or record
File it yourself, or have us submit it to the court, the county recorder or the Secretary of State for you.
You choose the document. We prepare it.
Being clear about this protects you. It's also the difference between a real document preparer and the scams Nevada warns people about.
What we do
- Type and format the documents you select, using the information you provide
- Check that forms are complete and match court or recorder formatting
- Arrange notarization and signing, including for family in other states

Questions people ask
Still unsure? Call or text 725-726-8582 and ask.
Are you a law firm?
No. Nevada Document Desk is a document preparation business. We prepare the documents you choose using the information you give us. We can't give legal advice, tell you which document to use, or represent you. If you need that, we'll point you to free court self-help resources or an attorney.
How is this different from doing it myself?
You can absolutely file on your own. People come to us when they want the forms typed, complete and formatted correctly the first time, with signing and filing handled, instead of spending days on it.
What do the prices include?
The posted price is our preparation fee. Court filing fees, county recording fees and state filing fees are paid to the government. We list those separately in your written quote, and we never mark them up.
How fast can you prepare my documents?
Many documents are ready within a few business days once we have your information. Your quote states the timeline for your specific request, and we'll tell you upfront if a court or agency adds waiting time.
My family member passed away and I live in another state. Can you help?
Yes. Much of the work happens by phone and email, and we help arrange signing and notarization where each signer lives. Tell us the document you want and we'll explain what we need from you.
Do you offer notary services?
Yes, as a separate service. We can notarize at a set location or come to you, including homes, hospitals and care facilities in the Las Vegas area.
What should I not send through the form?
Please don't include Social Security numbers, account numbers, ID images or the details of your case. We'll collect what's needed securely after you've signed a service agreement.
Know the document you need? Let's get it done.
