These terms apply to your use of nevadadocumentdesk.com and to requests you send Nevada Document Desk ("we," "us"). Any document preparation work is governed by a separate written service agreement that you sign before work begins.

Nevada Document Desk is a document preparation business. We prepare documents only at the specific direction of self-represented clients, using the information they provide. We do not give legal advice, recommend or select documents or legal strategies, explain your legal rights or options, negotiate on your behalf, or appear for you before any court or agency. We are not affiliated with any court or government agency.

Requests and quotes

Sending a request does not create a client relationship or obligate either party. We will provide a written quote. Work begins only after you sign our service agreement and any required disclosures.

Fees

Prices on this website are our preparation fees and may change. Court, recording, filing and other government fees are separate, are paid at cost, and are listed in your quote. "From" prices are starting points; your written quote controls.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for choosing the documents you want prepared, for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us, for reviewing documents before signing, and for meeting any deadlines that apply to you.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that any court, agency or recorder will accept, approve or grant any document or request. If a document is returned because of a formatting error on our part, we will correct it at no additional preparation charge.

Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms are stated in your service agreement. Government fees already paid to a court or agency generally cannot be refunded by us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the preparation fees you paid us for the service at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will be handled in Clark County, Nevada.
